Triangle Way Karate (Sankaku-do Karate) is a traditional dojo, teaching a unique blend of Okinawan karate. There are no long term contracts or start-up fees at Triangle. We run year round on a month to month basis.  At Triangle Way Karate, we focus on the defensive aspect of the martial arts. Blocking, kicking, punching, defensive drills, and kata (forms) are a large part of our curriculum. Each student learns at his/her own pace and is never in competition with another. Each student is treated as an individual and progresses as one.
